Last Year (2012)

the race was held on a beautiful evening in the Peak District. The ground was rather wet but a good time was had by all. Calder Valley runner Jason Williams won the race in 42:04, Andy Swift from Penistone was second and Stuart Gregory of Holme Pierrepoint was third. Emma Gould representing Serpentine was first woman in a time of 51:01 - 2 seconds faster than her time last year when she was third - every second counts. Claire Aspinall from Penine was second and Laura Daniel from SYO third. Race winners received Vouchers from the Barrel Inn and generous spot prizes were donated by local Eyam and Foolow businesses.
